SHIPPING

USA - We use USPS services. If you need your items sooner than the options listed, please contact us for a quote. Free ground shipping is automatically applied to any domestic orders with subtotal of $50+. 

INTERNATIONAL - Shipping rates are variable and charged as calculated by the carriers provided. We are not responsible for any additional customs and duty charges. 

ALL - Orders ship within 24-48 hours, pending any holidays and/or post office closures. For special circumstances, please send us a message. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible.

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift wrapping is free and available for all orders! Please use the "notes" section at checkout to let us know if you'd like us to wrap your order and/or include a personal message for your recipient.

SIZING

All posted sizes are as advertised by the each individual brand. These may vary slightly from one brand to the next. We always recommend sizing up if you are unsure, or send us a message! Our kids live in these clothes, and we are always happy to offer our first-hand experiences to guide you. 

DISCOUNTS

You have a discount code - YAY! Discount codes can be entered during checkout and will reflect in your total after doing so. Discounts will be applied to regularly priced items, unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS

Return Policy:

We offer FREE domestic return label with FULL refund to original payment method, less original shipping charge. Full refund will be issued upon receipt of item(s) returned. Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with original tags/packaging intact, and must be post marked for return within seven (7) calendar days of delivery date indicated by tracking

Please try your items on right away. We are a small shop and stock limited release collections that change seasonally. We simply cannot accept returns that are no longer relevant to our current collections. Thank you so much for your cooperation!

To obtain your return label, please click "CONTACT US" and send us a message with your order number and reason for return. Your return label will be sent via email. 

Exchange Policy:

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges on any items. Instead, you will get the desired item fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account immediately. 

All sales are final for the following:

  • Toys
  • International Orders
  • Accessories
  • Seasonal/holiday items
  • Pacifiers, pacifier clips or teethers
  • all items purchased in person at a pop-up event
  • all items purchased during a presale
  • any item noted in its description "final sale"

*Please note: Swimsuits must contain original hygiene sticker to be considered for return.
